Emily Harrington lives and trains to become the best all-around mountain athlete she can at her home in Tahoe, California. With some help from her friends, she keeps her routines diverse and fun by mixing it up every day.
“I just had this very narrow focus of what it meant to be a climber,” she said. “And that’s something I think back on and I’m like, ‘wow, I’ve changed so much’ … I’ve completely structured my life around playing outside. It’s just what I do, and it’s not what I force myself to do.”
