“Parkour would benefit climbing in terms of agility, precise foot placement, and learning how to fall properly,” says Denester to Gym Climber.
Denester, 27, started learning parkour in 2007. “I was just mimicking random YouTube videos through trial and error,” he says. Based out Singapore, Denester is a now full-time parkour coach, offering classes for individuals and groups. Although parkour is his passion, he also enjoys climbing from time to time.
Happy Friday!
