Friday Feat: The Ultimate Pinch Ladder

“Using up every bit of my house to continue training hard while keeping it fun,” wrote Ethan Freudenheim on Instagram. Indeed, grip tape, plus a few joists equals solid pinch training.

Freudenheim is on the USA National Combined Team. He’s competed in several Youth World Championships, placing 18th in Speed in 2019.

In case you’re opting to stay home, this is an excellent way to train up that grip strength for the spring. Drill on some small jibs to make it a touch easier.

Happy Friday!
