Three in a row!

20-year-old Carmel Raz Romeo cuts loose on this modern comp-style boulder. From Yokneam Illit, Israel, Romeo found climbing seven years ago after his dad took him to the local gym. He’s since competed on Israel’s youth team on the international circuit. When he’s not training, Romeo sets at the Boulder Haifa climbing gym.

To static climbers that are trying to break out of their comfort zones, Romeo advises to think critically about your movement and body positioning. “If you fall, understand what you did wrong and how you can do better next time,” he told Gym Climber.

Happy Friday Everyone!
