Akiyo Noguchi, 31, is the oldest and most experience climber to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Despite the time she’s put in on the circuit—she’s competed in over 200 international events over the course of her career—she’s managed to remain injury-free, at least when it comes to her fingers. Here, she shares her finger-care routine.
