How to Train Contact Strength


Contact strength refers to a climber’s ability to hold a hold upon contact. Climbers with solid contact strength will stick the hold, so long as they can reach it. Those that need to work on it will most struggle when moving dynamically. For the latter group of climbers, heres how to improve.
