Kokoro Fujii of Japan Wins Bouldering World Championship in Moscow

Though the men of Team Japan didn’t rule the podium in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, as so often predicted, Kokoro Fujii provided some redemption, winning the top spot in the Bouldering World Championships on Sunday, in Moscow. Tomoa Narasaki, also of Japan, nabbed silver.

Manuel Cornu, of France, took home bronze. Cornu is an accomplished Lead climber as well. Stay tuned for a full recap.
