Pro Climber VS. USA Navy Seals Fitness Test

Pro climber Magnus Midtbø tests how he stacks up against the U.S. Navy Seals Fitness test.

To pass, he must swim 500 yards in 12:30 minutes or less, do at least 50 push-up in two minutes, 50 sit-ups in two minutes, at least 10 pull-ups (no time restriction) and a mile and a half in 10:30 minutes or less.

Midtbø is a former competition climber. He was a regular in the final round of Lead World Cups and his best placement was third in 2011 in Chamonix and in 2012 in Kranj. Midtbø retired from the international competition scene in 2015.
