The Kranj World Cup Starts Tomorrow. Here’s The Schedule

It’s been a month since climbing’s Olympic debut. But the action returns tomorrow, in Kranj, Slovenia, with a Lead World Cup. The US is fielding a full team, although none of our Olympians are participating.

Look for Janja Garnbret (the Olympic gold medalist), and her Lead rival since 2019, Chaehyun Seo. On the men’s side, crowd favorites Adam Ondra and Alex Megos are missing from the roster, but other Lead specialists, like Stefano Ghisolfi and, from the US, Sean Bailey, will be in attendance.
